Tools
37 tools to fix up your files beyond simple conversion. They work like the converter: your files stay on your device.
- Merge PDF Put contracts, receipts or chapters together in a single PDF. Drop the files, arrange them in the right order and download one document.
- Split PDF Break a long document into several PDFs: one page per file, in blocks of N pages, or by the page ranges you choose.
- Compress PDF PDF too big for email or an online portal? Compression re-encodes the images inside and leaves text and vector graphics untouched.
- Rotate PDF Sideways scans or upside-down pages: rotate the whole document or only the pages you need, without losing quality.
- Organize PDF Thumbnails of every page in a grid: drag them to change the order, rotate or remove them, then save the new PDF.
- Delete pages Drop covers, blank pages or unnecessary attachments: type the numbers of the pages to delete and download the cleaned-up PDF.
- Extract pages Only need part of the document? Enter the pages and get a new PDF that contains just those.
- Crop PDF Remove oversized margins, black scan borders or headers: choose how many millimetres to cut from each side.
- Resize PDF Pages of different sizes, or a US format to print on A4: every page is fitted to the size you choose.
- Flatten PDF Once you’ve filled in a form, flatten it: the fields become part of the page and can no longer be edited.
- Extract images Recover the photos and illustrations embedded in a PDF: JPEGs are extracted identical to the original, with no recompression.
- Protect PDF Encrypt the document with a password: without it, nobody can open it. You can also block copying the text or editing.
- Unlock PDF A PDF that asks for the password every time or won’t let you print? Enter the password and save it without protection.
- Page numbers Number theses, reports and bundles: choose the position, the number format and the page to start from.
- Watermark PDF Mark a document as a draft, copy or confidential with semi-transparent text in the middle of each page.
- OCR Photos of documents, scans, screenshots: the text is recognised on your device and becomes editable or searchable.
Images
- Resize image Bring photos and graphics to the size you need, in pixels or percent, keeping the proportions or fitting them into a box.
- Crop image Drag the frame over the image or pick a fixed ratio: square for social media, 16:9 for video, 4:3 for prints.
- Rotate and flip Straighten photos taken sideways or create a mirror image, even on many images at the same time.
- Compress image Slim down photos for email, websites and online forms: choose the quality and, if you like, a maximum size in pixels.
- Upscale image Increase the resolution of icons, logos and small pictures with smooth resampling, without obvious jagged edges.
- Colour picker Click anywhere on the photo to read the exact colour in HEX, RGB and HSL, and discover its dominant colours.
- Collage Put several photos into one image: in a grid, side by side or stacked, with the border you prefer.
- GIF maker Put several images in sequence and turn them into an animated GIF: choose how long each frame lasts and the size.
Video
- Trim video Choose where the part you want starts and ends while watching the preview, and download just that part.
- Compress video Make a video smaller to send by email or in a chat: choose a size in MB, or the quality and resolution.
- Crop video Make a video square for social media, vertical for stories, or remove black bars: choose the area to keep.
- Video to GIF Choose the moment in the video, the length and the smoothness: the GIF is built frame by frame on your device.
- Mute video Get rid of voices and background noise: the video stays identical, just without an audio track.
- Extract audio Keep just the sound: the music from a video, a recording, a lecture. Choose the audio format you prefer.
Audio
- Trim audio Make a ringtone, cut out silences or keep only the chorus: listen, choose the start and end, and download.
- Compress audio Shrink recordings and tracks by choosing the bitrate: for speech, 64 kbps mono is enough.
- Audio volume A recording that’s too quiet or a track that’s too loud: adjust the volume as a percentage and download the corrected file.
